I'm Julia Andohr, a strategist who spent a decade in London agency and consulting roles, then moved to East Africa to work directly with founders, investors, and ecosystem actors.
That arc taught me to bridge corporate rigour and ground-level realities: my customer experience work at O2 generated £13.6m in additional revenue; in Tanzania, I've designed a value-creation strategy for an early-stage investment firm and supported ventures with positioning, pricing, and revenue logic.
I also hold a research fellowship on entrepreneurial ecosystems, translating founder data into practical recommendations.
