My Previous Work

Hi, I’m Julia Andohr. With over a decade of experience in strategy, innovation, and entrepreneurship, I help businesses and startups turn ideas into impact. My journey began in the UK, working with brands like Shell, T-Mobile, and O2 Telefonica, where I helped shape customer experiences and strategic solutions.

Driven by my passion for economic development, I worked in Tanzania with the World Food Programme, supporting startups and co-developing tools to strengthen the innovation ecosystem. I hold a Master’s in Emerging Economies and International Development from King’s College London, focusing on the intersection of government, business, and innovation.

Now, as a Research Fellow at Università di Milano-Bicocca, I combine my expertise in strategy with a deep commitment to fostering entrepreneurial ecosystems in emerging markets, driving sustainable growth and lasting impact.
